My name is André Ribeiro, and I am a Deed Hunter, along with my wife, Silvia. I am a mechanical engineer trained in Brazil and worked in the field for a few years. I met my wife, who is a nutritionist, in the city of Curitiba. We got married in 2015 and moved in 2016 to Michigan, United States, where I would work as an engineer.
We lived in Michigan for 6 years and had our daughter Beatriz, who is now 3 years old. In 2021, we relocated to the city of Houston, Texas. To this day, I work as an engineer, and Silvia works full time as a Real Estate Investor.
My story with Marcos began in 2020, during the pandemic, when I was looking for education programs in the field of Real Estate. I discovered his course on the internet when I found the 30/30 Deal program, which consisted of live sessions on Instagram every evening, culminating in a 24-hour live event. I was an eyewitness to this spectacular event in his career, 24 consecutive hours of content sharing. It was amazing how much knowledge I acquired that day. It became clear that investing in Tax Deeds and having Marcos as a mentor was the best path for me and my wife at that time.
Just as an example, I once bought a property for 200 dollars and sold it for 10 thousand dollars, another I bought for 40 thousand dollars to sell for 90 thousand dollars. I used a plethora of numbers and alternatives to diversify properties. The community helped a lot, it was the great accelerator of this whole process, which started with the 30/30 Deal Program.
My plan for the future is to make a career transition and become a full-time Real Estate professional, just like my wife already is.
